Welcome me home – Fought the Good Fight

A Song for those Who Fought the Good Fight

The song video Welcome Me Home you are about to watch is a song for those that fought the good fight and are confident that Jesus will welcomed them home into His eternal presence as faithful servants!  It uses an analogy of a space ship taking off with ecstatic emotions heading into the presence of Jesus! If I had movie shots of angles walking that person to Jesus, then I would have used them.

Unexpected or Known Departure

Perhaps it was a time of an unexpected departure, or of a known departure to the next world called eternity. Whatever the case, that person might be looking back at earth with a different perspective but certainly not looking back at his or her past sins because that has been dealt with on the Cross! If you like this song you might like Going to the Son.

Will Miss Our Loved Ones

We will miss our loved ones but this is their time of departure. Be joyful for them because they leave all pain behind them if the loved one professed to be in the Lord Jesus!

Welcome Me Home into His Eternal Presence!

What will it be like in Heaven with Jesus?

We can then surmise and ask this question? What will it be like when Jesus wipes away all our tears? No more death, no more sorrows, & no more pain at looking back! For the former things have passed away Revelation 21:4.

Who Will You be Spending Eternity With?

Who will you be spending eternity with?  Acknowledging that the Holy Spirit is in You, you will be spending eternity with Jesus, won’t you? Ask yourself this question, would heaven be heaven without Jesus? Why is it so difficult for Christian music artist to use the name of Jesus directly in a song instead of inferring the name of Jesus? If not, those visiting your worship may not know what God or gods you are singing about?
